About Alemi

Alex Woods

Principal Consultant

Alemi is my specialist HR practice, based in Perth and working across Australia. I started Alemi in 2024 to bring more than twenty years of senior HR experience to the matters that need it most. Every engagement is led and delivered by me personally.
My background is in senior HR leadership in multinational and Australian organisations across mining, healthcare, retail, government, construction, and professional services. That experience, across enterprise change, restructures, and post incident responses, is the foundation for the independent work I now do through Alemi.
